Clouds Avenue Travel currently does not provide services to clients who reside in California, Hawaii, and Washington due to Seller of Travel License requirements and maintenance. In the future, Clouds Avenue Travel may chose to obtain a Seller of Travel License in one or more of the aforementioned states based on sales and demand for travel in those areas.
CAT carries a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions policy, but it is strongly recommended you get your own as well. However, is not required to do business.
Our suppliers pay commissions directly to Clouds Avenue Travel. Your commissions are then paid every Tuesday via Venmo. Once we receive commissions from our suppliers, you can anticipate receiving your commissions on the following Tuesday.
At Clouds Avenue Travel, we believe that every new journey starts with guidance and support. That’s why we provide personalized one-on-one coaching and mentoring for the first 16 weeks of your engagement. During this time, we focus on building your confidence and expertise, equipping you with the tools to succeed in the dynamic travel industry.
Beyond this initial phase, our commitment to your growth doesn’t stop. We host monthly all-hands meetings to address team needs and share valuable insights. And if you ever need assistance outside these structured sessions, support is always just an email or phone call away.
We’re also thrilled to announce our exclusive partnership with Wanderlust Campus, an award-winning, ASTA-affiliated Travel Agent Education Program. Through this collaboration, you have the opportunity to enroll in the Travel Professional Training Kit+ (TPTK+), a comprehensive program featuring 10 in-depth modules covering everything a new travel agent needs to succeed. By completing this program, you’ll earn the Associate Travel Professional™ designation, setting you apart in the travel industry.
Clouds Avenue Travel provides you an opportunity to change your commission tier once a year. You will need to make this request no less than 30 days prior to the end of the current year or by December 1.
As an independent contractor acting on behalf of Clouds Avenue Travel Inc, any leads provided by Clouds Avenue Travel or generated as a result of Clouds Avenue Travel’s marketing are considered clients of Clouds Avenue Travel Inc and neither leads nor clients can be serviced past the end of your contract and association with our agency.
Any leads you bring to Clouds Avenue Travel are your leads and can be taken with you unless they have already been converted to clients. Clouds Avenue Travel, however, retains the right to market to, solicit to, and service clients and leads brought in during your contracted term with Clouds Avenue Travel Inc.
Yes, you will need to give CAT a minimum of a 30-day notice in writing for the cancellation. Refunds unavailable for unused monthly/annual subscription terms.
