Our Process
Consultation:
This is where we meet to go over your travel plans.
We love to get to the core of your vacation needs so be prepared to answer questions about the destination, your dates, desired experiences, expectations and preferences. Depending on the scope of work for your custom vacation, a planning fee may apply.
Planning and presentation:
We turn on our "planning mode ". We work diligently to craft the vacation experience that is perfect for you.
We will provide a proposal to you in 3-7 days for your consideration. After reviewing the options with you, we can make adjustments if needed. We will also go over safety protocols, entry requirements, and a payment outline.
Booking and payment:
Once you authorize the booking, we'll proceed to purchase and lock in your travel arrangements.
If pricing has changed between presentation and booking, we will communicate openly about any additional costs.
Leading up to travel:
From this moment up to days before your adventure begins, we'll stay in touch about any changes to your trip or entry requirements. We'll be on top of everything so you don't have to.
The day has come:
We are all about supporting our clients during their travels, therefor we will be available during your travels should you need support.
