Our process

This is where we meet to go over your travel plans. 

I love to get to the core of your vacation needs so be prepared to answer questions about the destination, your dates, desired experiences, expectations and preferences. We will also discuss our planning and research retainer which varies depending on the destination, length, and size of your party. 

Once we receive payment for our planning retainer, I turn on my "planning mode ". I work diligently to craft the vacation experience that is perfect for you. 

Typically, I'll deliver your itinerary in 3-7 days and provide 2 options. After reviewing the options with you, we can make adjustments should you need to. We will also go over safety protocols, entry requirements, and a payment outline. 

Once you authorize the booking, I'll proceed to purchase and lock in your travel arrangements.

If pricing has changed between presentation and booking, I will communicate openly about any additional costs.

From this moment up to days before your adventure begins, I'll stay in touch about any changes to your trip or entry requirements. I'll be on top of everything so you don't have to. 

I am all about supporting my clients during their travels, therefor I will be available during your travels should you need support.

This is very IMPORTANT! 

Don't forget to take lots of pictures and tons of videos.
